We make no claims regarding the suitability or legality of our products for operation.
Warning Notice
You acknowledge the inherent dangers involved in operating multi-rotor and other model aircraft or vehicles. Spinning propellers can cause severe injury. Never work on models with mounted propellers. Improper use or charging of Lithium Polymer (LiPo) batteries can result in instability, including combustion or fire. Our power systems, including motors and electronic speed control units (ESC), can draw significant current, posing potential hazards. Always handle powered electronic systems safely and avoid shorting or reversing electrical leads.
No Warranty/Liability
TUJROC.COM provides no warranties for any equipment sold or distributed. Customers assume all risks associated with products purchased from TUJROC.COM. TUJROC and its employees are not liable for any injuries to customers or others, or for damage or destruction of property. Additionally, TUJROC.COM is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the use or application of its products. Faulty Items
If an item received from TUJROC.COM is deemed inoperable or faulty due to a manufacturing defect (DOA), TUJROC.COM may, at its discretion, replace or repair the item. TUJROC.COM is not liable for any equipment lost or damaged due to a faulty item. For DOA/non-working products, customers must create a ticket with the respective manufacturer for replacement procedures. Contact customer care for instructions. Replacements are subject to manufacturer approval. For battery warranty claims, customers must provide an unboxing video with a cell voltage check upon receipt.
