1. Shipping Rules
– No Freight Forwarding Addresses: We do not ship orders to freight forwarding addresses.
– No Hotel Addresses: Shipments cannot be delivered to hotels. Please provide a permanent street address.
– PO Boxes: We review shipments to PO Boxes case-by-case and may decline them.
– Refunds: Orders declined due to these rules are cancelled, and payment methods are refunded.

2. Free Shipping
offers Free Shipping on most orders:
– Orders over Rs. 9,999 qualify for free Surface shipping.
– Some large or heavy items may not qualify for free shipping. If such an item is in your order, free shipping won’t apply to the entire order.

3. Tracking Your Shipment
– To check your order status, log in to your TUJROC.COM account and view your order history.
– Each order shows whether it has shipped and provides a tracking link if available. Allow at least 24 hours for tracking information to update once shipped.
– If your order status is “processing,” it means we’ve received your order and will ship it soon.

4. Shipping Times
– Orders typically ship within 1 business day of placement, excluding Sundays and holidays.
– While we aim to ship all in-stock orders placed before 3 PM IST on the same day, this isn’t always possible.
– For special shipping requests or inquiries about shipping agencies, please contact us.

– Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel an order before it ships or completes processing, contact us via Mobile or WhatsApp. We refund 98% of the order value for cancelled orders.

– Multi-Location Shipping: Orders may ship from different warehouses depending on product availability and delivery location. Contact us to confirm the shipping location for your order.

– Store Pickup: Contact customer care for a prior appointment before selecting store pickup. An appointment is required.

5. Lost Shipment Insurance Policy:
– In case of a lost shipment, we provide insurance coverage of up to ₹2500 by default. For 100% insurance coverage, please email us or mention it in the order notes during checkout.
Note: The customer will bear the additional insurance charges as per the carrier’s rates.

Shipping Terms and Conditions
1.Commercial Carriers
TUJROC.COM accepts various commercial carriers for order fulfilment, including Delhivery, DTDC, FedEx, Bluedart, DHL, and Speedpost.

2.Shipping Address
Orders must have a complete and valid street address for delivery. We do not ship to hotel and convention center addresses or PO Boxes, including APO addresses, unless approved on a case-by-case basis.

Tracking and Lost Shipments
TUJROC.COM utilises Delhivery for free shipping, which may not provide immediate tracking updates after receipt at their pickup centre. We are not liable for mistakes made by mail carriers or delays in package delivery.

Shipping Insurance
Delivery through TUJROC.COM does not include insurance. Optional shipping insurance may be available at TUJROC.COM discretion for an additional charge.

Backordered Items
Orders containing back-ordered items are held until all items are in stock. Cancellations of back-ordered products are not accepted.

Cancelled Order Refunds
Orders declined due to shipping rules violations or suspected fraud are automatically cancelled. Contact customer care for cancellation charges and details.

Shipment Times and Delays
Orders placed before 3 PM IST Monday-Saturday typically ship the same day. Delays may occur due to holidays or payment review processes. TUJROC.COM does not provide refunds for delayed packages.

Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on most orders over Rs. 9,999, with exceptions noted on specific product pages. Certain items may be excluded from free shipping due to size or weight restrictions.

Fraudulent Activity
TUJROC.COM reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent activity involving all stakeholders, including law enforcement if necessary. Proof of unboxing and package condition is required for missing, damaged, or incorrect product claims.

B2B GST Credit Invoice
B2B GST invoices are available with a valid GST number provided during checkout. Incorrect or omitted GST information cannot be amended post-purchase.
